A current registration form should be completed and returned at least two weeks before the term starts. There is an annual, nonrefundable registration fee of $40 for each student (except for students registered only for the short‑term Dalcroze classes). Returning students whose registration is received by July 15 are given priority for limited space in all classes and teaching studios. Otherwise students will be accommodated in the sequence in which their registration is received and to the extent that space is available.
Late registration
The Jefferson @ OSU programs generally have an open admission policy. The exception is private instruction with upper level instructors. They accept only a limited number of advanced students following an interview and audition. Students can be accepted throughout the year, provided there is space available in the desired program. The registration fee plus fees for the current quarter must be paid prior to the first scheduled lesson or class.
